Creative therapy

What is Creative Counselling?

Creative Counselling combines talking therapies with creative interventions, complimenting the core person centred approach. One type of therapy doesn’t fit all therefore creative therapy is an extra tool to use with a client when words alone are not enough.

Clients don't need to be artists; creative therapy is different to art therapy. Over my many years of counselling I’ve developed innovative ways of working creatively with trauma. All work is confidential however sometimes clients generously allow me to use their work on my website to illustrate to others what can be achieved.
